Commercial Projects with Plans ProvidedOur Design / Build Team Offers a Full Range of Services To Accommodate Our Clients Needs.First Meeting:The President, Skip Storm will meet you on site or at our office to discuss your plans. If you prefer we can pick up your plans for bidding and then meet to discuss them.Site Analysis:Skip Storm will meet with you on site and are accompanied by our Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC contractors to discuss your project.Bid Process:With pricing back from our subcontractors and vendors, we will give you a detailed contract for your project. After we receive your signed contract, we start the permit process for your project.Preconstruction Meeting:Prior to the building permit being released, you will meet with Skip Storm and Laura George to review your contract and plans to ensure that we all understand the requirements for your project. You will also be given a schedule of the entire project.During Construction:Payment requests are made based on a percentage of completion as your project progresses. One of our supervisors, Skip Storm and Laura George will be overseeing the day to day progress of your project. We will set uo periodic meetings with you to discuss the different phases of your project.Opening Day:Now that your new project is complete, it’s time for a walk through with Skip Storm. Often there are a few items that may still need further attention. These will be completed in a timely manner. Now it’s time to open your doors to your new business.
